What this policy covers
This policy covers registration fees, team and season fees, event fees, invoices, and merchandise sold directly by Diamond Kings Baseball GA. It does not replace any more specific written agreement disclosed before a purchase.
All program fees are nonrefundable
- No change-of-mind refunds: Registration, team, season, coaching, event, tournament, and other program fees are nonrefundable once paid.
- No withdrawal refunds: Choosing to leave the team, changing schedules, relocating, being dissatisfied with playing time or team placement, or otherwise being unable or unwilling to participate does not qualify for a refund.
- Billing corrections: Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. A billing correction is not an exception to this no-refund policy.
- Account deletion: Suspending, archiving, or permanently deleting an account does not cancel a charge or create a right to a refund. Stripe keeps its separate transaction record after an account is deleted.
Season-ending injury exception
A refund may be considered only when a player is injured and medically unable to continue baseball activities for the remainder of the current season. The parent or legal guardian must provide both of the following:
- Medical documentation identifying and supporting the player's injury.
- A signed note from the player's licensed treating doctor explicitly stating that the player cannot continue baseball activities for the remainder of the current season.
Missing, incomplete, unsigned, or unverifiable documentation does not qualify. Diamond Kings may verify the note with the medical provider after receiving appropriate authorization. Approval applies only to the injured player and current season.
If approved, the refund is limited to the unused portion of eligible season fees. Uniforms, merchandise, completed services, and third-party or nonrecoverable costs already paid or committed are excluded.
Events and schedule changes
Weather delays, schedule changes, rescheduled activities, opponent changes, missed practices or games, and tournament or event changes do not qualify for a refund. Except for the documented injury exception above or a remedy required by law, event and tournament fees remain nonrefundable.
Uniforms and merchandise
Uniforms and merchandise are final sale and nonrefundable. If an item supplied directly by Diamond Kings is defective or differs from the approved order, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can review a correction or replacement.
Third-party apparel: Purchases made through our linked apparel partner are sold by that store and follow the store's own return and refund policy. Diamond Kings cannot issue a refund for a charge it did not process.
How to submit an injury request
Email felix@diamondkingsbaseballga.com with the purchaser's name, account email, player name, invoice or receipt number, purchase date, injury date, and a request for secure medical-document submission instructions. Submit the complete request as soon as practical and before the current season ends.
For privacy, do not attach medical records to ordinary email unless Diamond Kings specifically instructs you to do so. Use the secure account document area or another secure method we provide.
We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved card refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears, which is commonly 5–10 business days after processing.
