Agreement to these terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, accepting an invitation, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the account features or submit a payment.
Parent and guardian accounts
Account features are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian who creates or manages a player profile confirms that they are authorized to provide that player's information and make program decisions for the player. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Program participation
The website supports registration, team operations, schedules, announcements, documents, messages, and billing. Creating an account or making an inquiry does not guarantee team selection, roster placement, playing time, event availability, or uninterrupted service. Coaches and administrators may make reasonable program, safety, roster, and scheduling decisions.
Payments and invoices
You authorize the charges you submit and agree to pay the amount and currency shown before checkout. Payment card information is processed by Stripe; Diamond Kings does not store complete card numbers. Due dates and installment terms shown on an invoice remain applicable unless changed in writing.
Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Conduct and acceptable use
You may not harass others, impersonate another person, access another user's account, upload malicious or unlawful material, disrupt the service, scrape private information, or use messages and documents for an unauthorized purpose. Team communications should remain respectful and relevant to legitimate program or family needs.
Safety and medical information
Baseball and athletic participation involve inherent risks. Website content is informational and is not medical advice or emergency monitoring. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing current safety and medical information through the appropriate channels and for following separately provided participation waivers, consent forms, and safety instructions.
Messages, documents, and content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Diamond Kings permission to store, display, transmit, and use that content only as reasonably needed to operate the program and provide the service. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share. Private areas are access-controlled, but users should still avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Conversation participants may report a specific message. An authorized Diamond Kings administrator may review reported messages and any other chat when reasonably needed for safety, security, support, misuse prevention, or legal compliance. This review access is read-only, protected by multi-factor authentication, and audited.
Third-party services and links
The site may connect to payment, mapping, email, storage, and apparel services operated by others. Their services and policies apply when you use them, and Diamond Kings is not responsible for a third party's independent website or service.
Availability and account action
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue site features. We may restrict, suspend, archive, or close an account when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, nonpayment, program administration, or violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
An administrator may permanently delete an account only after it is suspended or archived. Permanent deletion is irreversible and removes the account's active-application data as described in our Privacy Policy. Shared player profiles remain for other authorized guardians, and invoices issued to other families remain without a link to the deleted staff account. Stripe's separate transaction records, rotating backups, and limited security logs are not deleted immediately.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Diamond Kings does not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate signed participation waiver remains a separate agreement.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the program or website changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted here, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
